Shipping Times By Country

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most of mainland Europe.

We operate with two warehouses. All heated clothing is shipped from one location, while power banks and all products containing batteries are shipped from another. Therefore, if your order includes both heated clothing and a power bank, heated gloves, or heated socks, you will receive two separate shipments.

Priority Processing

We offer Priority Processing at checkout for an additional £3.49 / $5.99 USD / $7.49 AUD / €3.99 EUR. This will place your order at the front of the queue, having it processed within 12-24 hours instead of the standard 24-48 hours.
Note: This only speeds up the processing time — shipping time will remain the same.


International Shipping and Customs Fees

To offer free shipping and deliver orders as quickly as possible, all orders are dispatched from overseas fulfillment centers. We do everything we can to avoid unexpected customs fees. So far, our customers have not reported issues in this regard. However, Arctic.com takes no responsibility for any customs fees that may apply upon arrival.


Returned Orders

If your order is returned to sender for reasons attributable to the customer (such as refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, invalid phone number, etc.), a $15 USD (or equivalent local currency) fee will apply for reshipping.
This reshipping process, including address re-verification, may take up to 2 weeks.

I haven’t received my order. When will it arrive?

If your order was shipped and the maximum estimated delivery time has passed (for example, more than 14 days for the UK and US), please contact us at adm.artyck@gmail.com and our team will assist you.

If the maximum estimated time has not yet passed, we kindly ask for your patience, as our support team will have limited ability to assist until that point.


My country is not listed. Can you still ship to me?

If your country is not listed above and you wish to place an order, please contact us at adm.artyck@gmail.com with your location. We will assess the possibility of shipping to you on a case-by-case basis (extra charges may apply).
