Is my payment and personal information secure?

Absolutely. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
We use Shopify Payments, a highly secure and encrypted system designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of payment methods, including:

  • All major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover & Diners Club

  • Other payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Union Pay

How do I use a discount code?

Simple! At checkout, you'll find a box to enter your discount code. On mobile, tap "Show order summary" to reveal it.
Click "Apply" and the discount will be deducted.
Note: Only one discount code can be used per order.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders to:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Australia

All orders come with tracking and are shipped with the following carriers:

  • UK: Royal Mail

  • USA: USPS

  • Australia: Australia Post

You can also choose Priority Processing at checkout for £3.49 / $5.99 USD / $7.49 AUD, which moves your order to the front of the processing queue (12-24 hours processing instead of 24-48).
Shipping time will remain the same.


How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after being placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start working on your order right away. You can request changes or cancellations by contacting us.
However, due to processing speed, your order may already be dispatched before your request is received. If so, you are welcome to return your order per our returns policy.

Note: For security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses after an order is placed. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.


What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your item must be new and unused to qualify for a refund.
If more than 30 days have passed, we can offer a replacement if the product is faulty.

How do I return my order?

Please do not send returns to any address listed on the packaging or to our office. Returns must go through our returns portal.

  1. Go to our returns portal [insert returns portal link here].

  2. Enter your order number and the email used at purchase.

  3. Select the items you wish to return.

  4. Let us know the reason and upload photos.

  5. Choose your return method and pay for your return label.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


What if I received a damaged or defective item?

  • Photos of the defective item(s)
